Formed in 2022 by Dark Divinator, DARK DIVINATION released its debut album, Liitto hengen ja veren, through Signal Rex in 2025. Reviewing that debut, The Whispering Darkness wrote:

“Catchy, cold and melancholic, ‘Liitto Hengen ja Veren’ is nothing but a triumph for those that love Finnish Black Metal.”
— VincentP, The Whispering Darkness

The collaboration with Signal Rex continued in 2026 with Finnish Ecuador Alliance, a split 7″ with WAMPYRIC RITES, and the cassette edition of Triumph Through Heresy.

Recorded between June 2 and August 29, 2026, Tuhonsaaton Täyttymys comprises eight tracks that those closest to Dark Divinator have described as his strongest compositions to date.
