The Final Phase: Supporting the future of Signal Rex!

Our warehouse has now entered its final phase of construction, a decisive milestone for us. Once this phase is completed (hopefully very soon, though the weather hasn’t been on our side), it will greatly improve our storage capacity, fulfillment speed, and overall reliability for our customers, supporters, and partners.

Reaching this point has taken several years of persistence and resilience. The year 2025 proved crucial. Following a difficult period that began with the last-minute cancellation of our 2023 festival and the chain of events that unraveled after that. Despite the setback, we pushed forward, carrying on through a smaller event and doing our best to keep the label moving.

In 2024, we made the deliberate decision to pause the festival entirely, allowing us to recover not only financially but also morally and focus on catching up with label releases and investments made in 2023. That work set the stage for 2025 to become a true turning point.

Throughout the year, we released and reissued more than 28 titles, building the financial and logistical foundation needed to finally bring the long planned Signal Rex warehouse to life. The first phase of construction began early in 2025 and was completed in May. The second phase followed in November, bringing us to where we are now, the final stretch.

Since then, all label and personal profits have been continuously reinvested into this project. At the same time, we’ve kept the label and mailorder running as best we can, despite the logistical nightmare of having stock scattered across multiple locations. Even so, we never lost sight of our artistic and communal commitments, which culminated in one of the most successful editions of the Invicta Requiem Mass festival to date this past December.

As we enter this final phase, our mass sale becomes especially important. It offers you some great deals and access to some great music, while directly supporting the last steps of this essential infrastructure. By participating now, you help us optimize inventory, ensure a smooth transition into full warehouse operations, and strengthen the future of Signal Rex, allowing us to keep improving and delivering releases and events at the level you expect.
