Shipping Update for USA Orders (as of August 29)

Due to recent changes in U.S. tax and customs regulations shipping of small parcels is currently on hold due to tariff-related restrictions. We are still waiting for the official lift on these limitations. Following the latest updates from the Universal Postal Union and PostEurop several members have now resumed, totally or partially, deliveries to the United States in the last week so we hope our postal service will resume soon as well.

Meanwhile we can ship as follow:

Standard Shipping (Under 2 kg)

• Standard orders under 2 kg are currently paused and will not be shipped for the time being.
• We can hold (“stake”) your small orders until you accumulate enough postage.
• Once your combined orders reach a minimum total postage value of €37, we can merge your orders and ship them via FedEx or an equivalent courier.
• This way, you can keep placing small orders, still use courier shipping, and avoid missing rare items or losing the chance to grab products before they sell out.

Courier Shipping (Over 2 kg)

• Orders over 2 kg are still being shipped normally through FedEx or equivalent couriers.
• Please note that U.S. customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Times

• Due to customs processing and carrier restrictions, delivery times may be longer than usual.
